At OACD we believe that use of appropriate Management Skills is a key factor in business success.

Training Course Description

A 2-day interactive course, concentrating on the key skills needed by a manager. There are a range of group discussions, role plays, case studies all designed to get delegates to think about real work situations and how they may deal with them. Other course durations can be discussed.


This course is suitable for line managers, supervisors, team leaders and those identified for future managerial roles
