Introduction to Time and Stress Management

Introduction to Time and Stress Management

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This session is a brief overview of the two topics. It will raise awareness and give delegates an indication of areas of both their working or home life that may need further examination in either working patterns or thinking skills to improve their well-being and productivity. The course works best where prework is undertaken by logging how you spend your time in a typical week.
