This course is designed to give an overview of the key steps of recruitment.  Managers gain skills in how the process is carried out in a professional and non-discriminatory manner. Getting the interview process right is important not just for legal compliance but getting the best person for a particular role and enhancing company productivity.

Every organisation has its processes and procedures for recruitment, this course is intended to give a general overview of the key skills needed at each point.

This course is suitable for line managers, supervisors, team leaders and those identified for future managerial roles whose roles include recruiting staff.
