COURSE DESCRIPTION

A significant amount of working time can be spent in meetings. Sadly however have you thought “There is an hour of my life I will never get back”? Don’t be that manager whose team does not want to listen to you or doesn’t turn up and contribute when you set a meeting. This course gives delegates the skills to plan, run and follow up on effective meetings.

This course is suitable for line managers, supervisors, team leaders and those identified for future managerial roles.
