Developing Personal Effectiveness Skills in Business – Too often in the UK we promote technically able staff and expect them to be able to manage a team with little or no training. This often leads to stress in new managers, poor personal performance and unhappy teams.

At OACD we believe that the use of appropriate Management Skills is a key factor in business success. This can help personal effectiveness, build managerial competence and stronger teams.
