COURSE DESCRIPTION

This includes practice sessions of practical time management techniques and does require some prework of logging how delegates currently spend their time.

Effective use of your time at home and work supports productivity and enhanced personal and professional success. Often people rush from one job to another with little use of planning or prioritisation. Employees who exhibit poor time management often feel stressed and may be overlooked for promotion. By examining how you currently operate and trying out new techniques you can become more effective.
