Promoting Better Teamwork using Belbin Team Roles profiles and workshops

Do you have great individuals but not a great team?

Great teams start with Belbin! Belbin Team Roles is the language of teams, enabling individuals to be able to project and talk about their behavioural strengths in a productive, safe and non-confrontational way.

OACD can provide Belbin individual and team profiles to help support and individuals and teams to have a greater self-understanding of their strengths, which leads to more effective communication between colleagues and managers.

Getting individual and team profiles completed and tied into a workshop – can be a great way of promoting working together more productively.

Workshop format can be tailored to your needs but typically may include:
